Dr Salat has primary responsibilities to promote excellence in academics, research and outreach and provide leadership, Dr Osman has also earned experience for planning, implementing and leading strong, progressive programs of excellence across HUST. Dr Salat is visionary leadership and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the standing of the HUST University and to provide advocacy and support for the generation of new knowledge including a focus on student success and growing talent production through increased enrollment and graduation rates. Dr Salat has an experience in strengthening high quality programs of instruction and learning, resource enhancement and accountability, and shared governance.  Dr Salat also created a culture of diversity, engagement and belonging in which all students feel safe, respected and can succeed. In coordination with HUST System; Also fosters positive interactions with and support from alumni, benefactors and the community at large.
